“I ordered the Freeze Dried Hatch Green Chile so that my daughter who lives in New Zealand can have a little taste of home! My Dad grew up in Aztec, NM, so I grew up eating Hatch Chiles and many other kinds. I loved making salsas and continued my Dad’s tradition of salsa for my kids! Any kind of pepper is very expensive in New Zealand, so it is rare to be able to enjoy home made salsa like I made for her when she was growing up! These peppers will now make it easier for her to make some spicy food that she longs for! Thank you for making them this way! I took her four packages and will definitely be getting her more in the future!!”

“Highly recommend for any New Mexicans living overseas or out of the state. These are perfect for green chile enchiladas without resorting to the nasty canned kind. Love that I still have access to green chile living in South Korea!”

“Delicious, but potent! These freeze-dried chiles are of excellent quality, and great for adding to stews. Use with caution if you're not experienced with them, though! I made the mistake of adding an entire packet to my usual chili recipe, and the spice went through the roof in a hurry! :) These are wonderful, but make sure you take the time to get used to cooking with them!”
