“It was excellent and even better than I had hoped using authentic New Mexico products (used the Posole Seasoning 1/2 Jar. My husband said it was the best he'd ever had and he hopes I can duplicate the recipe. Shared with my Granddaughter and her Husband and they both loved it. It filled a 6-quart crock pot!”

“First time user and was a little disappointed that a few of the kernels were still hard,, but it is not the product, it taste great, nice color and filling,, the problem is I am not sure how to rehydrate it, I soaked in over night, boiled it a few minutes, let it cool, then added it to to the soup I was cooking, vegetable beef I think, and like a mentioned a few kernels were still hard,, but none the less the blue hominy was good.”
