“We can't get hot green chile out here in the Northeast (even though cans and restaurants claim it is hot) and our enchiladas just aren't the same without it. The chile is delicious and a taste of home (home=Albuquerque.)”

“I grew up in Sancta Fe, New Mexico where chile is a way of life I have found a couple of vendors that I have tried before but Hatch Chile Store has been the best so far to get my chile fix. Great Taste and quality roasting. Highly Recomend”

“The hot Hatch "green" was wonderful, and it arrived much sooner than I expected here in Maine. I made green chile enchiladas and will make more plus some posole next week. As I think of green chile and all the memories of my residency in NM, I am very saddened about the terrible wildfires near Las Vegas. I have friends there and cannot reach them by phone, because they are under mandatory evacuation orders. Anyway, sending lots of good wishes to you at Hatch, I and will continue to be a happy customer.”
