“Ordered hot expecting some sort of spice since xhot wasn't available to order. It doesn't have any heat at all. Love that it's chopped and ready, that makes it easy. But again no spice at all.”

“The Sandia is a solid performer. Consistently good heat, great flavor and holds up well in long cooking. I use a pound in my green chili along with a pound of the Lumbre extra hot. (Preston- will we have Lumbres next summer?)”

“As a small business myself, I care a lot about quality. These were EXACTLY what I was looking for! I make hot sauce with fire roasted Hatch Chilies and most places already peel the char off.
