“Well first of all you keep referring to me as Jason Valdivieso I am not Jason Valdivia so I am Gabriel Griego I placed an order for my cousin Jason and use my email so for now on refer to me as Gabriel because this is my email second of all as it took almost 5 months for us to get our chili I found that that that was just ridiculousIt did not make me very happy that my self and cousin waited that long to get our green chili I felt that we needed to be compensated in someway and your employee over the phone said that was impossible but needless to say the chili is great it’s good I just was not pleased with how long it took and the excuses that we kept getting on why it was being sent late”

“Best Green Chilies I’m from the rio grand area brought me back to my childhood. I was impressed on the quality and they arrived frozen. Hopefully this pandemic will be more controlled by the Harvest festival this coming year.”

“Usually I purchase fire roasted hatch chiles and process/freeze them myself. The ones I purchase come in 1 lb bags. Problem is you have to thaw the whole thing out to use just a bit. I can't use 1 lb of chiles at one time so I thawed each bag out and re-froze it in ice cube trays so I could use a couple of cubes at a time. It would be wonderful if I could get the chiles processed that way. The flavor and quality was good otherwise.”
