“I have not eaten any of my chile yet. According to the information included in the shipment, it should have arrived packaged in dry ice. Ours was barely cold. Sincerely, Felix E Morgan”

“This is the best chile verde in the world, In fact, in the US, few chiles come close. Although I haven't traveled all over the world, only Spain, Italy and Croatia. None have anything as tasteful and good as our New Mexico green or red!!”

“This is a great Peoduct. You get 12 one pound packs of frozen roasted Hatch chilies. They taste great and they are healthy with nothing but the delicious Hatch fire roasted hot chilies. You can add them to sauces, stir fries, baked casseroles, or just add to scrambled eggs with mushrooms, cheese, or anyway you like it. I would definitely buy these afwin. They’re delicious and so easy to work with.”

“The chiles were nicely chopped and packaged very well. I didn't find them hot though. I've only opened one bag of 5, so the others may be different. When I lived in New Mexico, I purchased the freshly roasted green from local vendors and normally ordered medium. They were plenty hot to me. I bought the hot label once and couldn't eat them. So I was surprised these are as mild as they are. But I am still very happy to have this product, greatly packaged and shipped. Arrived still frozen solid, and it tastes like home.”
