“Absolutely lives up to their reputation. We ordered the 5-pound package of frozen medium heat chiles. They arrived packed with dry ice so the bags were still frozen solid. in perfect condition. We used our first 1 pound package to make a batch of pork Chile Verde reducing the tedious process of roasting peppers, peeling, and chopping to opening a bag and dumping them into the pot with onions, browned pork chunks, salt, pepper, and cumin a little chicken broth and water to cover, then simmer until done. Do not hesitate to order some!”

“The chili is awesome. Shipping practices to ensure safe delivery, TERRIBLE. My last shipment of 8 jars of green and red mixed came in a box big enough for 20 jars, and a lack of packing material to secure it resulted in 50% of the order broken. I should have taken pictures but I didn't. I did let you know though and got no response. For my money going forward.....looking for another distributor.”

“I grew up in Sancta Fe, New Mexico where chile is a way of life I have found a couple of vendors that I have tried before but Hatch Chile Store has been the best so far to get my chile fix. Great Taste and quality roasting. Highly Recomend”
