“This Hatch Green Chile is delicious and getting it chopped takes all the work out of it. I got a box of medium (which is closer to mild) and a box of hot and I combine them so I have two boxes of true medium chile. I've made unbelievable green chile sauce to go with my Hatch tamales, and we've been having yummo breakfast burritos. I miss living in New Mexico and Colorado but I'm not going to miss having my Hatch Green Chile!”

“Best Dang Chile! After a trip to Colorado, I came with a hankering for green chile. It was April and the chiles were not in season. I found the Hatch Chile Store and had a box of frozen green chile in 3 days. Exactly as promised!”
