“I spent most of the first 30 years of my life in the Southwest (mostly New Mexico), and green chile was something I took for granted. When I moved to New Jersey, I recall asking for green chile once and getting green onions instead. That's when I learned that green chile wasn't a universal thing. My family was supportive, sending green chile when they could, but I always felt like a burden. Now, living in Massachusetts, I discovered Hatch Chile Store: mail-order green chile from the source. I immediately ordered 5 pounds of the mild, and, loving the convenient 16 oz resealable packages, I ordered the medium as well, followed by the red/green mix jars. I've made green chile sauce, green chile stew, and green chile chicken. I use it liberally over everything. It's so convenient: I can keep New Mexico in my heart and my freezer. Hatch Chile Store is the real thing.”

“I ordered the Roasted Hatch Green Chile along with two other items. They were shipped on August 17 and arrived August 19, shipped by way of UPS from Ohio to southern Illinois just outside of St. Louis, MO. There was no dry ice left in the box upon arrival although the contents were still cold but not completely frozen. I have not used them as yet, still need to finish a stock of whole green chiles from another company.”

“Spent most of my life in NM and every year we would go to the Hatch Festival. There really is no other green chile in the world that tastes like Hatch Green Chile. The company went above and beyond for me with this order as there was an error in the delivery time frame and arrived earlier than told and was not held but they honored my order and resent it to me quickly and I had the lovely pleasure of roasting them in my kitchen and sending the aroma throughout my home. I will continue to place orders with this company as I cannot live without the chile. Well done and thank you for everything. Am a truly happy customer......”

“Moved to South Dakota from NM many years ago and my parents would send me Hatch green chiles to help my homesickness. Still to this day I order them for nostalgia but more so for the quality and care for which this company consistently stands. Awesome!!”
