“I am disappointed that my "Medium-Hot" chile is extremely mild - there is no heat at all. They also taste more raw than roasted, which is unfortunate.”

“What a great company to do business with. We are repeat offenders... Even though we live in Maryland we have delicious chile anytime we want. The one pound bags are perfectly sized. They are frozen flat and take up very little freezer space. I love the resealing bag. It just makes it so convenient to use. We love the taste these chiles add to our lives. They are truly a medium heat I might add. I highly recommend these chopped or whole. The customer service this company provides is stellar. I had an issue with an order and they went beyond making it right. ELEVEN STARS from me!!!”
