“Fantastic flavor. Great freshness. These are perfect for whatever you are doing. By far the easiest way to get your fresh chili fix if you don’t live in New Mexico. Now I have access to Chili’s year round. The heat level varies from year to year but always good.”

“My son lives in Albuquerque and talks about the hatch green chiles all the time. I decided to try them by placing an order and it was the best decision I’ve made. They are amazing!!! I make a hatch Chile pork and potato stew with them and we are hooked!!!! Thanks !!!”

“Being from New Mexico originally, I naturally LOVE "red or green". Big Jim's were always what my mother grew down there. In Idaho the growing season isn't long enough. There is always late frosts in the Spring and early frost in the fall. There was only one Mexican restaurant in Boise and the owners were from El Paso. Made fantastic New Mexico enchiladas with or without an egg on top or how many layers you want. That was 1963. We always had friends or family mail us a bushel or two every year. Now there are Mexican restaurants everywhere....all California style. We can now buy green chilies in the supermarkets, but not Big Jims. Glad Hatch Green Chili is here to fix my cravings. Gotta have them in everything from Chilibeans to enchiladas to tacos to scrambled eggs. You name it, I put green chilies in it Mostly!”

“Best green chile in the WORLD. I grew up in NM, been everywhere else since, and I ALWAYS try the local 'spicy chile'. No flavor anywhere beats HATCH GREEN CHILE!!! It was still frozen when it arrived on my doorstep, and thanks to the notices I got from Hatch Green Chile, I knew exactly when it would arrive! Thanks again!!”
