“I have been ordering Hatch Chile since I moved out of New Mexico. I absolutely love it and it always tastes great. Also great service as one of my orders came late which was the shipping company’s fault. The Hatch Chile Store reordered a new one. Was delivered on time !! I will continue to order from them like I have for the past 21 years!!!!”

“I’ve been ordering a couple of years now & I love the green Chile ! Green Chile season coming & I’m ordering & will continue to order. I now order the frozen med/hot Chile instead of getting the fresh which I thoroughly enjoy roasting b/c totally love the aroma of roasting chiles”

“I love the way this item was shipped and packaged. The one pound packaging makes it easy to add roasted peppers in salads and in soups. Flavor is more on the mild side but very good!”
