“I was only introduced to this New Mexican Chile a year ago. Now, no matter what kind of hatch chiles I get (green, red, or both … whole or chopped) I use in just about everything I cook: meatloaf,hamburgers, casseroles, Mac and cheese, pasta dishes, etc. My husband and I just love their flavor and heat. I get the fire roasted chopped for general cooking, and whole roasted and peeled for Chile rellenos. The customer service is wonderful as well. I am a very happy customer!”

“I prefer the prepandemic packaging, but nothing beats the flavour of these Hatch chillies. Great for salsas, casseroles, and in anything needing a bit of a kick.”

“The best tasting chiles you can buy. Just like when we lived in Santa Fe and bought them fresh from the roasting drum. The customer service is exactly what you expect from a small family owned business, but don't always get. You can't go wrong shopping here.”
