I love the 5 individual 1lbs bags. Makes it super easy to just use one for cooking a small. It is super flavorful and delicious! I will be ordering more!!

Moved from NM two years ago and cannot live without Hatch Green Chile. We’ve tried other brands but it doesn’t taste the same as the authentic Hatch. Thank you for your hard work in providing such a wonderful product.

Just what we wanted, a great taste of New Mexico that we love so much. Great in cooking!! Not too hot for the uninitiated here on the East Coast (actually, we love HOT but not as much as we would have had to buy)

On October 2nd, 2021 I placed an order for 5 lbs of your mild roasted chopped green chile. On/around November 3rd, 2021 I placed a call to customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that we would receive the order within the next two weeks. The week of November 15th, I called again and left a message to inquire about the order again, no call back was received so I then sent an email, again no response. I ended up going through SHOP to place a complaint about an error with the order. Finally received an email confirmation back stating that the order I placed was not avaliable. Why was I not informed of this when I placed the order or when I called the first time? Yes, we ended up getting offered a refund and getting the WHOLE green chile same heat - mild. We were hoping to of had our order by Thanksgiving and this did not happen. Very disappointed that it took so many attempts at contact in order to get answers.
