“Incredible flavor! I bought the mild for my 91 year old mother--who was actually born in Mesilla--and she absolutely loves it. I still buy the hot and extra hot for my immediate family and can't say enough about the quality and convenience of the chile from the Hatch Chile Store. I used to have to drive once a year into Los Angeles (100 miles from my home) to buy authentic Hatch roasted chile. Then I would have to come home and peel and pack for hours.”

“Absolutely delicious! I made a pineapple salsa with them for tacos and then for fish. They worked really well. I'm going to make a big pot of chili with the next bag.”

“I LOVED opening my box of chile when it arrived from The Hatch Chile Store! The box came with special insulation and a block of dry ice to keep all the chile packets nicely frozen. I saved myself a ton of work (and time) by ordering my authentic Hatch Chile online, and you should too. AND since they offer so many options, I purchased MY perfect chile. It tastes just as if I had roasted it yesterday myself. Fresh and delicious!”
