“Best dried chiles ever. Cooking with them makes anyone a 5 star chef. (At least with me it does) I consider myself a small household chef. Been experimenting with food since I was 10. I am 70 now and am still amazed at the flavors that can be made with all the right ingredients. HATCH chile is on the top of my pepper list.”
