“I would really like someone to contact me regarding this shipment. I hesitate to write more as I feel that it would be unfair at this time. I have not tasted any of this shipment of Green Chili as it arrived with approximately 1/2 inch defrosted all around every packaged. I emailed asking if it was still safe to eat. The edges were all still cool. As I fail to take pictures, I do not expect a refund. I immediately put all packages in the freezer. I have received many prior shipments and have never had this problem. I love this Chili and am very thankful for this company. My husband feels that since it was still cold that it would be safe to eat.”

“It's so convenient to have the child chopped and ready to use. I couldn't decide in a 4 or 5 rating . Went with the 5 since it's not Hatches fault that Cover COVID restrictions have them comply with social distancing. It's so much easier to scrape off the few seeds and pieces of "skin" myself than to do it all”

“I love Hatch Green Chilies you cannot beat the flavor and taste. I use them to make my grandmothers green chile recipe that is well over 100 years old. My only complaint was it took so long to receive my chilies from you.”
