“As a native New Mexican living in New York City, this has been a wonderful option to get my chile fix! We used to get the jars of Zia from Whole Foods but never again! In the fall we ordered the hot and then got the X-hot in January. So worth it all and I highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store to any New Mexican living far away!”

“The x-hot was delicious and a lot hotter than the ‘hot’ variety. We thought we’d try the x-hot this year as the hot, to us, was a bit milder than in the past. And wow...was the x-hot HOT! My husband loved it but it was a bit too hot for me. The packaging and shipment was perfect as always. So happy I found The Hatch Chili store. This is my 4th order in the last 6 months.”
