“Hatch Chile always come fresh and delicious. Being a NM native and far away from the chile fields now living in OR, ordering directly from Hatch and still having that warm flavor from home is a godsend! We love using this green chile on everything including enchiladas, green chile gravy, in taco salad, in tamales, etc. Thank you for having such delicious products! :)”
