“Can't get green chili in Northern Minnesota. Thought we would try pure Hatch Green Chili Sauce. Omg it's the best ever. No vinegar taste at all. Will definitely be buying again. Thank you again for awesome product.”

“I opened the jar and was thrilled that the aroma was just the same as if I'd roasted fresh green chiles in the oven. Never used chiles from a jar, but the flavor is fresh, not compromised at all, and it makes a quick meal easy to put together. As a native New Mexican transplanted across the country, this is a great option. I ordered hot (perfect fiery temp.) and medium (lots of flavor and some heat, too).”

“Love, love, love this chili! It is by far the best chili flavor out there! I lived out west including New Mexico at different times in my life and I learned that chili goes with, on or in everything you eat! We love it and are so happy that even though we now live in the southern part of United States we can still enjoy that awesome flavor that is grown in Hatch, New Mexico. Yum!!”
