“I was living in Denver. Where green chili was in just about every restaurant you went too. Now I have relocated in the South, they have no idea about real green chili. So I had to turn them on to Hatch's Green Chili. They love more than I do, and I love it I have people now wanting me to order them some.”

“I ordered my hatch green chile sauce a few weeks back and I've been using it with everything. I've put it on burritos, burgers, used it as a dipping sauce, and used green chile as a replacement for pickles in tartar sauce for fried fish. It has great flavor, fresh, earthy, and I really like that it is made with simple ingredients rather than loaded with preservatives. My only issue is that I believe there was a bottling mix up with my order. I ordered a "medium" and a "hot" version, and found that the one labeled "hot" had only a hint of heat whereas the one labeled "medium" announced it had heat (a good amount of heat, not unbearably hot) when I opened the jar and smelled it. I ordered two different heat levels because I had never tried New Mexico chile sauce before (I see it on food shows and have always wanted to try it) and wanted to gauge how hot it was. Thus, I'm not sure if I got "medium" and "hot" or perhaps "mild" and "medium." Regardless, this is a good product that tastes great, but if you're looking for some heat definitely go with "hot" or "extra hot" depending on your tolerance.”
