“This is the absolute best green chile hot sauce I have used. Full of chile flavor without the other spices one finds in other hot sauces. I find this particularly delicious on the tamales from this company.”

“The whole batch was destroyed. I’m assuming it was the way the chilies where packages and sent. We had some recipes we were excited to try, considering we can’t find hatch chilies anywhere in this region. We were disappointed.”
