“We received a gift of 3 jars of Hatch medium sauces. We thought they would be too spicy, but they are actually fantastic. The green chili sauce had become one of our favorite things; I can’t find these jars locally so I order them. I use green chili sauce in my homemade salsa, with sour cream or yogurt for dip, and in scrambled eggs and other recipes. Sauce is excellent and customer service is the best!”
