“I am originally from the Southwest - El Paso, TX and moved to NYC 25 years ago. It has been hard to get good chile here especially green chile... The fact that I can get it different levels of "heat" is great. I love the XHot and I can get it on subscription... Love it! I do order the milder brands for the non pepper bellies in my friend circle! I had support reach out to me due to the XHot not being available for my subscription but it was an easy interaction and they offered a different level as a replacement. I made the change but then they got the XHot back in stock and they reached out to me again with the option. Great Customer Service. The quality of the product is stellar and I am super picky! Thank you Hatch Chile you have made us a happy household here in NYC bringing us authentic Chile to the Big Apple!!!”
