“I ordered the Medium and wow! It's way too hot. I have not tried the other items I ordered. I highly recommend going "mild" if you don't want super spicy hot.”

Hi Michele, Thanks for your honest feedback. I am sorry to hear your chile is too hot for your liking. You can lessen the heat of the chile by pairing the chile with dairy products, acidic foods, or grains. We hope this helps.

“This was a gift for family members who recently moved from Las Cruces,NM to the West Coast. I wanted to send them a taste of home and Papa's Salsa did not disappoint!! They said it was delicious!! I will be sending more soon! I am looking forward to trying more of the Hatch Chile Store products. Customer service is excellent. I had mistakenly left out address information and they were able to assist me. My family received their salsa before Christmas!! Definitely a first rate experience and they earned a new customer!
