“That was probably the best salsa that I have ever eaten. It was so good that I purchased all of the varieties that Hatch Chili Store makes. Have yet to be disappointed in any of them.”

“I was supposed to get "hot" but somehow ended up with "mild". So, though it's lacking in heat, the freshness of the taste is exactly as I anticipated. (Next shipment, I hope will be the right ones.)”

“Taste is a highly personnel matter, but to me, this all about authentic flavor. Most salsa’s try to overwhelm you with heat. Papas is so pure in its flavor components: chillis, tomatoes, garlic and onions. I also love the Moma’s salsa if I want a slightly sweeter flavor. Both are remarkable!”
