“Great flavor overall. Definitely hot! The only thing that was slightly "offputting" was a slight bitter or sour taste that I think was either from the green chilis themselves or possibly from the char when they were roasting. Since this was first time with it, I might have done better with either red or green alone to get a better understanding of the flavor.”
