“I bought the medium green chile and it has the flavor I have come to expect. I will be buying this again. I also bought the red chile sause but have not had time to sample that one and no doubt it will be just as great!”

Hi WIlson! Our Chile Sauces are made exclusively with Hatch Green Chile. We do not use any Jalapeno as it is a Hatch Sauce.
