“Just the right amount of heat for me. Used it to make the black bean and sweet potato chili. an interesting recipe for sweet potato fans. It had great flavor and even the most heat-sensitive family member liked it! Would love to put this sauce in corn bread!”

“I lived where I could go to the Hatch chili festival annually. I had been looking for Hatch chili authentic products. I found the great tasting chili in the red and green sauce. And I didn’t have to roast the chili’s myself!! I recommend this product but don’t buy so much that I can’t buy mine”
