“I personally didn't care for it. Too much of a puree with no chunky goodness and a very mild flavor. The roasted red chile sauce was sold out when I made my purchase and I think I will like that a lot more. Will order when it is back in stock.”

“The sauce is a beautiful, bright red color and when you open the jar it has the most awesome fresh aroma of ripened red chiles. The taste is of the freshest red chiles I've ever eaten and it has some heat but the bold fresh taste of the ripened chiles is the star of the show and not just the heat. I was so impressed I immediately ordered several more jars.”
