“The sauce is a beautiful, bright red color and when you open the jar it has the most awesome fresh aroma of ripened red chiles. The taste is of the freshest red chiles I've ever eaten and it has some heat but the bold fresh taste of the ripened chiles is the star of the show and not just the heat. I was so impressed I immediately ordered several more jars.”

“This, in conjunction with Hatch blue hominy resulted in an outstanding vegetarian posole! The rich flavor brought me back to memories of New Mexico. Hatch always produces the best quality items.”
