“Excellent! Made enchiladas and was beautiful hatch red Chile color and taste. Loved it, but be warned that the medium hot is hotter than grocery store medium, much more New Mexico medium. Almost too hot for me but was perfect for others in household. Will buy more for sure.”

“Used it on the tamales I got from you. Very delicious. Wanted a little more heat so use your canned green chilies. We lived in the Southwest many hears and missed the Hatch chilies. So glad we found them online”
