“Made it this weekend. It was delicious. Removed seeds & stems. Boiled it for 30 min. Placed in blender with homemade chicken stock, seasonings, then strained it. In pot made a lard / flour rhue then placed the chile for about 20 minutes. It came out great. Much better than in California buying the New Mexico Chile pods”
