“We ordered all the ingredients for Hatch posole and followed their recipe. It was extremely easy and the result was excellent. I have made my own posole using dried red chilis which creates a mess in the kitchen. In contrast this was very clean. The Hatch posole has a little sweetness in it, which is different. One way or another posole is king (or queen).”
