Hi Scott, It looks like this review is regarding our red chile corn tortillas, but we do not offer different heat varieties for those. I see that you had previously ordered our Medium Chopped Red and Green Chile, which we do offer in a medium heat variety. We are very sorry to hear that our product was not to your satisfaction. Our roasted chile that is currently still in stock is from last season, where our chile ran more on the mild side. We hope that you give us another try once we are selling this year's crop in our roasted varieties.
