“This is a consistent-tasting homogenous sauce that adds freshness and flavor to everything you use it on. It's a great topping for hand-helds, works great with garlic, pork and posole. I try to have a couple of jars on hand at all times. I won't waste the money on so-so sauces as there are some pretty good ones even in Atlanta. But this Red is worth the trouble.”

“It was PHENOMENAL! I used half for a barbecue sauce and half for Tex-mex sloppy joes. My husband ( who is a critic of all Tex-mex and authentic Mexican food) , LOVED THEM BOTH! High praise indeed!”
