“I used three jars of the Regular Red Chile Sauce (Medium) for a Frito Pie recipe from The Shed restaurant in Santa Fe. I have used this before, as well as the Shed's own Red Chile sauce, and found them to be comparable in terms of color, taste, consistency, and smell. However, this time I found your Red Sauce equivalent to be a bit more orange, not as thick, with a tomato/vinegar like smell and not very flavorful. I believe they had a 3/22 expiration on them. I received them sometime in December. I ended up throwing out the entire finished product and making it again the next night with the Shed Red, which reminded me of the previous time I had used yours. The previous shipment I got from you all this summer contained the jars that I used for the same recipe and very much enjoyed -- no detectable difference in any regard from the Shed Red. Just some constructive feedback, as I like your products but have had problems over the last year with late shipments, incorrect items, items that were supposed to be frozen but weren't, and now this issue with the Red Chile Sauce.”

“The red chili sauce is outstanding, I have used so many of their products and love them all. Shipping is always timely, and everything is always packaged so well. I’ve never had a broken bottle which is quite amazing. Highly recommend!!”
