“I had cooked a pork roast and made Chile Colorado using my red Chile sauce, spices like Garlic salt, Mexican oregano, minced onions, pepper and cumin, a little of the roast broth, cut up pork and some potatoes I had boiled. I simmered It together a bit and served with warm, buttered flour tortillas...soooo good. Made burritos with for lunch the next day!! Yum!”
