“Too much of the habanero flavor, I just do not prefer it. I would add a green jalapeno chili to you menu if I were trying to get more customers.”

Hi WIlson! Our Chile Sauces are made exclusively with Hatch Green Chile. We do not use any Jalapeno as it is a Hatch Sauce.

“Bought the medium salsa because I wasn’t sure what the levels of heat were for these products. Turned out it is the degree of picante I prefer so I plan to stick with it in the future. Made a shrimp tortilla casserole with it last night, very good. Looking forward to trying the green salsa in a chicken dish later this week.”
