“Im giving a few stars because the delivery was quick and efficient with no hassle and ordering was easy. However, I ordered extra hot and I'd classify the chile as mild. I could eat a bag without taking a sip of water and I am spicy sensitive. I've had New Mexico chile before and this is very mild by their standards. If it was hotter I'd reorder in the future, but I feel like I wasted my money on this one. Powders were good but also not spicy.”

“I ordered the extra hot because it was the only whole ones you had left. It is very hot so I use less in a recipe. The flavor is good but the heat is too hot for us. I will order medium next year. You are such a good company to work with.”
