“Wow! Excellent service and great Chile taste. We received our chiles Thursday and roasted them on the grill Friday. I just made Chile relennos this morning and they were fantastic! I can’t wait to make some green enchiladas. I would recommend The Hatch Chile Store to anyone looking for some great green chiles! Dan and Georganne Q.”

“These chilies arrived in perfect condition. We roasted them the day they arrived and they were delicious. They were listed as medium - hot but they were not hot at all, not even medium hot. But we were very pleased with them. I would rather have them be more on the mild side than too hot! I cannot wait to order some more next season.”

Big Jim in a notoriously inconsistent variety. I would recommend ordering Sandia if you want a more consistent kick :)

“The pods were meaty and easy to roast and peel. So tasty and not to spicy hot which was great for my taste.”
