“Just received my order of Charger from the Hatch Chili Store. Long, straight, and meaty. Also have a hot heat range which I'm good with. Very nice chili, they weren't soft or spoiled and provided an accurate tracking with Fed- Ex. Excellent and thanks again HCS !!!”

“My chile was fresh, unharmed in freight and came on time! I personally wish I would have chosen HOT (LOL) but the flavor was fantastic...my children ate this level 6yr old and a 10yr old. There a few bites of HEAT here and there even my children got some but the flavor is out of this world. Also it is extremely meaty...you get your money's worth! This family owned building is great-California transplant from NM =satisfied customer”

“The chiles arrived very fresh and beautiful! All 25 LBs were roasted, skinned, and chopped in preparation for freezing. We will have chiles all winter here in Oklahoma. Thanks!!”

“We bought late in the season and glad we did. We did first pick with a different company and received puny unripe chile. When our Hatch chile showed up, they were firm and ripe with excellent taste! It wasn't hot, but it did have excellent taste.”

Hi Brenda, I'm so glad you are enjoying your chile! I would recommend ordering the Sandia (Hot) next time. Sandia has a much bigger kick than Charger. -The Hatch Chile Store

“They were definitely meaty which I wanted. However there was no heat. I order 2 -25 pound boxes of the big Jim’s and they had more heat.”

Hi John, Big Jim is a fairly inconsistent variety as far as heat level goes. I would recommend ordering Sandia for a bigger and more consistent kick. -The Hatch Chile Store
