“I would have given these chiles 5 stars, but they are not medium hot. If anything, mild is more like it. I've had extra hot, mild and these. Next season I'll order hot. Overall the peppers are delicious. I ordered 75 pounds for two people for the year. Yeah, we're Hatch Chile heads here.”

“Great customer service and, as always, the quality and flavor of the chile was amazing. Now that we purchased a commercial roaster this year we will begin purchasing a larger quantities next year earlier in the season so we can prep and freeze the chile. Thanks again!”
