“Our friends own Rocky Mountain RV in Albuquerque, they told me about "Hatch Green Chili Sauce" being in a league of their own. So I ordered some, I did "Hot", not Extra Hot. Here in California we have some pretty good Mexican Kitchens that pride themselves on their great recipes. I found Hatch to be "outstanding", I did have a "glow" going in my stomach, but I could not stop eating it, it's addicting. Thank you, Michael Moran California”
