“Love my Hatch Chile peppers. Big, meaty, and spicy. I might be sorry I didn't order more. This is my second year ordering. I've been to Hatch twice, once during harvest. What an amazing aroma with all the peppers roasting!”

“These were great and arrived in good condition. Fire roasted them and they are now in a crock fermenting a chile mash that will last over 12 months refrigerated and give me the ability to use the chile mash for different dishes and directions to take this flavor profile.”
