“The medium chile arrived within 2 days from my notification they were being sent. Most of the chile were starting to dehydrate; hover, they were not spoilng anywhere. I roasted and froze them the day I received the box. They were delicious as always.”

“The chili was delivered as ordered. It looked as fresh as the day they picked them. All during the process from the day of ordering, I was well informed on how the chilies were doing and where they were at for delivery. Outstanding Customer Service! PS, PLUS, they send awesome recipes and also a variety of products.”

“They came very fresh as promised. We roasted them as soon as they hit our steps. That evening we ate fresh rellianos!!! The chiles were absolutely delicious!!! They were not hot however. I might even have a hard time calling them medium. I guess this is a down side of an early crop.”

“The Chile is good. I was a week late getting it, as the Chile arrived only after 7 days. I was out of town on a previously scheduled vacation after I expected the Chile to arrive. Some was a bit dry, but it all roasted up fine”
