“Sandia's have great flavor + mild heat , good for any type of dish. We add Lumbre if we want slightly more heat. Planning for larger order of Sandia, Big Jim & Lumbre next season All of your chiles I have tried are great and well worth the price compared to anything local at any time of year.”
