“I received the chilies in great shape. After roasting I tried the Sandia Hot and was extremely disappointed in the lack of flavor. The Chile had no taste at all. I ordered 10 pounds of the hot and another 10 of medium, my plan was to combine these to create a mild to spicy blend. After tasting the hot I doubt whether the medium will have much if any flavor. I called on Sept. 1 to advise of my dissapointment in taste; they immediately advised they would gladly send another 10 pounds and apologized for the inconvience. All without having to ask for anything. Terrific customer service! I will definitely use them again.”

“AS expected GREAT!! in all ways. My wife and her sister were born and raised in Albq. New Mexico and of Spanish descent and at 81 & 76 years they know there chile. They and their mother have tried other chilies but always fall back to Hatch Chile as the best. I found your prices including shipping to be extreemly high as I can get so called Hatch chile for $1.39 a lb. at our local farm stand about 5 miles from my house in Washington state. I only bought from you because I felt that I had a better chance of getting the real thing. You averaged with shipping a little over $6.00 a lb. The peppers were in excellent condition and of a nice size and the heat was as stated HOT David Porter”
