“The shipment arrived in Massachusetts on Friday about 1 PM. The peppers were in perfect condition. We didn't roast them until Saturday morning. Roasted great, good hot flavor. We freeze the roasted chiles in vacuum freezer bags. We will have great hot Hatch chiles until this time next year, when we will look forward the next shipment. Thanks Reid”

“Wonderful! Just the right amount of heat for me and a few close friends. The 10 lbs went fast so I’ll be ordering another 25 this week. Will recruit those friends for a roast and peel session! I’ve been ordering from y’all for maybe 6 years and have always been satisfied! Great product, great service! You have fans in Arkansas ❤️️”

“Chili arived fresh and the heat level was as expected, hot. The skins were very tough, had to roast longer than normal to make peeling easier. overall good.”

“I love that I live in Florida and am able to get green chiles shipped to me. This is the 3rd year of ordering and only one bad pepper in the whoole bunch. You are great. Being in Florida, ordering from Hatch is the only way to get them for green chile stew. Thanks again for the wonderful chiles!”

“Just got my year supply of fresh green chile from Hatch. It arrived next day, all the chile was in great shape, I spent a couple hours roasting and now I'm set. Nothing tastes quite like chile from New Mexico. Yum!”
