“This is the 4th year in a row of ordering fresh hatch green Chile from the hatch Chile store. I only experienced 1 mishap where a delivery arrived spoiled and Hatch Chile stored delivered a fresh batch that week. The quality is much better than anything we can source locally in Houston or if you want anything beyond mild. I will continue to order every year.”

“Received my order without a problem. However, due to the dry weather out in New Mexico, the chilis were a lot smaller than usual. We did receive a message that there was a growing situation due to weather but they were as delicious as usual. Will be ordering again next yr.”
